The Pine Hollow community was first introduced in the early 1990s with the release of the first two phases, Pine Cone Lane and Pine Needle Drive.  Over 30 years later, the properties of Phases I & II have maintained a timeless style that is hard to find anywhere else.

Phases III & IV are the final iterations of the Pine Hollow Master Plan.  The deed restrictions and architectural standards set forth in Phases III & IV aim to perpetuate the same immutable form of the previous two phases.
